What sets us apart is how we work. We are neither a traditional design studio nor health implementer. We are a catalytic partner that blends the discipline of global strategy with the intimacy of local insight, drawing on the combined strengths of a design studio, systems thinker, and implementation partner.

Why We Exist
We believe strong, sustainable development is possible when organizations lead with clarity, context, and purpose. Across our work, we see bold ideas everywhere. What is often missing is the structure, strategy, and trusted support to bring those ideas to life in ways that are grounded, practical, and locally led. Orpesi exists to fill that gap.
We partner with funders, governments, and locally led organizations to strengthen how programs are designed, delivered, measured, and sustained. Our role is not to replace what exists, but to help shape what is already in motion through insight, adaptive learning, and behavioral understanding. We work to make transformation more coherent and more rooted in the people and systems who carry it forward.
If Orpesi equips organizations and leaders with inclusive design approaches, adaptive strategy, and insight-driven positioning, and provides the tools, capabilities, and partnerships needed to navigate complexity, then they will be better able to design and deliver people-centered, sustainable, and locally led programs that are grounded in real-time learning and community insight.
These strengthened programs and leadership practices will contribute to more resilient institutions with the confidence, credibility, and systems in place to improve outcomes across public health and related sectors such as education, climate resilience, and gender equity.
Ultimately, this will support improved health, equity, and well-being for communities, especially those historically underserved or marginalized, and contribute to a more just, sustainable, and locally rooted development future.
